Self-Care: Getting Started

1. Assess your self-care

You know things don't feel great but where do you  start?  Take this self-care assessment to find out where to spend more time on you.

2. Take 20

It is not easy to get started on taking care of you.  Find 20 minutes this week to do something you enjoy!  Not sure what to do?  Here are some suggestions. Don’t forget to track your progress here so you can see your success.

3. Cut out the negative

How many things do you do during your personal time that you do not like?  Saying NO is the most important part to your self-care routine.  Try it! Say NO to one thing this week that does not serve you.
